We are aware that some regions are not receiving traffic updates. We have an ongoing investigation into this issue.
8:03 a.m. PDT- Concierge phone support is now in service.
We are checking into a technical issue with Concierge phone support. All other support services are available.
7:13 a.m. PDT We began the first database rotation and ran into a technical glitch. We are postponing the rotations and will post new dates and times as soon as we plan to resume.
We’re arranging some partial outages on Wednesday and Thursday AM for inventory database rotations. Groups of residents will be affected at different times, from 6.30 to 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday, but affected residents will only be affected for a period of 15 minutes, during which they’ll be unable to log in.
[RESOLVED 22:25] The server issue has been resolved. The All-Clear has been sounded so please feel free to resume your normal activities.
There is currently an issue affecting roughly 1/16 of residents. Affected residents will not be able to login, and those already inworld will find themselves quite limited in their ability to access inventory. To be safe, all residents should refrain from rezzing valuable or no-copy items or making transactions until the all-clear is given.
[All Clear] Our database is functioning again and we are all clear to resume transactions.
We are receiving reports of L$ and Land transaction failures, as well as some in-world services such as profiles loading, not working properly. Please refrain from conducting transactions until further notice.
Over the next hour, 160 regions will be restarted as we perform a pilot deploy of server version 1.22.3. More information about a rolling restart for a server deploy this week will be posted as it becomes available.
[RESOLVED 23:16 PDT] The problem has been corrected and should no longer be affecting residents attempting to purchase L$.
[UPDATE 22:05 PDT] The problem appears to be related to the earlier outage at our billing processor. The issue is being worked on, and we are identifying affected residents. In the meantime, if you are having difficulties buying L$ and you must do so at this time, please delete and reenter your Credit Card information.
[Re-opened 21:08 p.m. PDT] We are receiving scattered reports from residents of inability to conduct USD transactions on their accounts. We are checking to determine if this is a new billing processor issue or a result of the prior problems they had today.
Update 3:50 p.m. PDT] We have received word from our billing processor that transactions are processing again. We expect this to be a continuous recovery and are resolving this issue.
[Update 2:10pm PDT] - The billing processor is still hard at work trying to resolve this issue; however, there is no change as of this update.
Please be aware that our billing processor is currently experiencing issues which will result in failed attempts to charge items through CC information. (i.e., membership fees, tier, L$ buys through LindeX, billing for Private Estates, etc..)
The issues are being addressed and we will update this blog with any further information.
We are receiving reports that teleport does not work out of some regions. We are aware of this issue and are working to reproduce & resolve it. This is going to take some time, and we appreciate your patience while we investigate this ongoing issue.
This issue includes: Region Crossings, Teleporting.
Additional Information: We have reports of a few mainland islands affected as well. This may not be limited to private regions.
[UPDATE 11:03 a.m. Pacific] Logins have been re-enabled.
We’ve temporarily closed logins to stabilize database performance. We’ll keep you posted on details as they emerge.
[RESOLVED 04:04 am PDT] The database is back to working order, logins for the formerly affected residents have been restored.

One of our inventory databases needs some repair. While this is being done, accounts on that database will be logged out and will not be able to log in. This should only take about 15 minutes to complete. For those of you who find yourselves logged out, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will give the ‘all clear’ when the repair is complete.
