All Clear 2:09 p.m. PDT Our databases are working normally and we are giving an all clear for in-world services.
[Update 1:54 p.m. PDT. Login is now open. We will update on In-World services shortly.
Re-opened 1:41 p.m. PDT We are experiencing database overload and are re-opening this issue. In-World Services are affected and we are temporarily restricting login.
Update 1:08 p.m. PDT The databases are working nicely now and we are giving an All Clear for in-world services.
Update 12:50 p.m. Logins are open again. Thank you for your patience. We will monitor the databases before giving a full All Clear on In-World Services.
We are experiencing a high load on our databases. Some in-world services may be affected and logins have been temporarily closed. We will re-open them as soon as possible. As a precaution please hold off on rezzing no copy items or conducting L$ transactions.

Announcement to Second Life at 2:18 Pacific
Logins have been disabled until further notice. We are aware that various features within Second Life may not be working at the moment. This includes L$ payments, Search, Teleport, and Map. We will let you know as soon as any additional information becomes available.
There is an issue that results in residents being directed to random telehubs instead of their intended teleport destination. When any additional information about this issue becomes available, we will be sure to let you know! — Frontier

[UPDATE 4:20PM Pacific] We’re checking with our vendor to get a current assessment on the partial voice chat outage.

Several calls have come in regarding voice chat outages in various regions. We’re working with the vendor now to assess and repair the problem.
[Resolved 2:36 PM PDT] Services have been fully restored.
We are currently experiencing some difficulties with our database. This may result in difficulty teleporting, failure to rez objects and complete transactions, and inability to log in to the Support Portal. Until we solve this issue, we have restricted logins, as well as disabled the Land Store. We encourage you not to rez any valuable objects or make important transactions until this issue is resolved. As always we will keep you up to date here as the siatuation progresses, and we thank you for your patience.

Resolved 9:15 a.m. PDT Logins were closed this morning due to a problem in our services infrastructure which we have corrected. We will continue to monitor to prevent future re-occurrence.
Update 8:46 a.m. PDT Logins are open again and we believe things have settled down. We are still keeping a close eye on this.
Update 7:58 a.m. PDT The Land Store is now open.
We have closed logins to Second Life while we work on an emergency maintenance issue. We will re-open as soon as possible. The Land Store will also be closed during this time.
