Aditi (Preview Grid) database to be refreshed Wed. 05/28
On Wednesday, 05/28, we will refresh the user and inventory databases on Aditi, the public test and preview grid used for Second Life. The grid will have a copy of the main Second Life database from around Wednesday, May 21. All accounts that were created by then will be available on Aditi. In addition, a snapshot of your inventory as it existed on that day will be the inventory you have when you log into Aditi. The last database refresh for Aditi was several months ago; any changes you’ve made to your Aditi inventory since then will be lost and overwritten with the copy of your inventory from the main Second Life service.
The refresh will occur starting at 1:30PM PDT on 05/28, and will take 30-60 minutes. Aditi will be offline during this refresh.
None of these changes will affect any accounts in the production Second Life world.
